Our house is situated in Oldsmar in the middle of a park like private Golf Club. It has a wonderful lake view and is only 20 minutes distant from Tampa Airport.
The high-class Country Club runs a 24 hour security service.
Clearwater, St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico with its magnificent beaches are easily and quickly accessible. In the immediate vicinity you find 3 large supermarkets, several huge shopping malls and a movie-center.
You will also enjoy excellent restaurants for any taste which are quite nearby.
All around East Lake Woodland more than 10 puplic golf courses invite you for sportive activities.
The house
Direct by the waterfront, our 140 m² house meets highest demands. When you have breakfast on the air-conditioned terrace you will enjoy the calm of the lake, watch the fascinating Florida fauna and feel as if you were in paradise.
